Chili Lime Corn
Try this simple Mexican spiced version of corn while it is sweet and in season. It's sweet, spicy, savory, and sour; four flavors in one!
3 ears corn; husked and cleaned
2 tablespoons chili powder
3 tablespoons butter
In a bowl, combine chili powder and zest of a lime.
Then, sprinkle evenly on ears of corn.
Heat up a grill and grill corn for 16 minutes, rotating every 4 minutes.
Then, remove from the grill and coat with butter, drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle some salt.
