4 cups water
1 10g packet kombu dashi flavoring
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
4 oz. crimini mushrooms; sliced
8 oz. udon noodles
3 tablespoons canned corn
1 scallion; thinly sliced
2 pieces seaweed
In a pot over medium-high heat, combine water, dashi flavoring, soy sauce, sugar, and mushrooms. Bring the broth to a simmer and remove the lid.
Then, add udon noodles and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Transfer contents to a bowl and serve immediately with corn, scallions, and seaweed.
